3)przeprowadzonych działaniach zaradczych, obejmujące:
a)nazwę podmiotu przeprowadzającego działania zaradcze,
b)miejsce przeprowadzenia działań zaradczych,
c)datę rozpoczęcia i zakończenia działań zaradczych,
d)określenie środków zastosowanych w ramach działań zaradczych oraz środków mających na celu przywrócenie naturalnego stanu ekosystemów, które zostały zdegradowane, uszkodzone lub zniszczone przez IGO, wobec którego zastosowano te działania zaradcze,
e)liczbę okazów IGO lub określenie zajmowanej przez nie powierzchni po przeprowadzeniu działań zaradczych,
f)określenie oddziaływania przeprowadzonych działań zaradczych na gatunki niedocelowe,

h)wysokość kosztów przeprowadzonych działań zaradczych oraz środków mających na celu przywrócenie naturalnego stanu ekosystemów, które zostały zdegradowane, uszkodzone lub zniszczone przez IGO, wobec którego zastosowano działania zaradcze.
